What happens to the credit card fee if my payment is refunded?

If a payment is refunded, the original credit card processing fee may not be refundable. That fee is charged by the payment processor (the banks that handle card payments), not Octopus.

That said, every refund situation is a little different, so we review them on a case-by-case basis.
